BHEEMSEN'S ARJUN PREM

The two brothers Arjun and Bheem shared a great bond with each other. They are the protectors of the Pandavas and shared the glory of victories together. Often we see the great Bheem guided by his younger brother who is more intelligent and smart . It was Arjun who goaded Bheema to finish up Hidimb fast as demons will become more powerful at night time. Similarly we see Arjun calm down Bheem at the Dyut Sabha when he loses control over Draupadi's humiliation. In vana parv, when Arjun went to fetch divine astras, Bheem becomes sad and expresses his pain for Arjun's separation . He blames Yudhishtir for sending Arjun away on a journey of troubles and reminds him that the lives of Pandavas depended on Arjun only. Arjunah panduputranam Yasmin Pranah pratishtitah.

 He also tells Yudhi that if some thing happens to Arjun, the Pandavas will die,The Panchalas along with upa Pandavas will die,Krishna and Satyaki will sacrifice their lives. Yasmin vinashte,panchalah,Saha putraih,tatha,vayam,satyaki,vaasudevascha,vinasyeyuh.

 Bheema accused Yudhishtir of sending his great warrior brother who obeyed his order without thinking about his troubles. Gachati,Tejaswi,..klesan achintayan, Bhavaniyogat. What is sadder than this.Bheema wails. He reminds him that depending upon Arjun's might only they assume their rivals as already vanquished in battle. So Bheema's love for Arjun is well presented here.

If Draupadi loved Arjuna the most her equation with Bheema is that of a close companion with whom she can share the secrets of her heart. It is Bheem who proclaims that Draupadi is enduring the hardships of travel to Gandhamadhan only to see and meet Arjun who is away for five years. Swetavahana Didrikshaya..vrajati kalyani. A certain understanding is there between Bheema and Draupadi who freely discusses Arjun's triumphs with him.As for Arjun he loved his boisterous and mighty brother who supported him in every way by holding the war responsibility be it at the time of Drupad war,Ghoshayatra or the great Kutukshetra battle.

After the three Krishnaas this threesome Bheema,Arjuna and Draupadi captivates our hearts with their bonding with one another...
