PART 3)ARJUNA OBTAINING WEAPONS FROM INDRA AND DEMI GODS.
- Arjuna obtaining Vajra,Danda,Pasha,Antardhana.
Arjuna managed to gratify Indra deva during Khandava dahan by defeating him. Later Indra asks Arjuna and Krishna for a boon.Arjun expresses his desire to learn all celestial the weapons of devas.
Now there is nothing wrong in learning,It were the deeds of Arjun due to which he was able to gratify Drona and obtain Brahma weapon.Here again it was Arjuna who gratified Indra and other devas by defeating them.Arjun Proved that he is worthy of being called the son of Indra,and obtained the boon from Indra.But the king of Gods does not make it easy for Arjun,he puts a condition here that Arjuna must please Lord Shiva first,then only he can get an opportunity to learn weapons from him and the other devas.
In the previous post we already explained the Penance of Arjuna for Mahadeva.So by pleasing Mahadeva and obtaining Pashupatastra,Arjun becomes eligible for obtaining the weapons from the devas too,as per the boon of Indra.
Now Indra,Yama,Varuna,Kubera and Chitrasena become the preceptors of Arjuna.Indra teaches him weapons like Vajra,Mahendrastra,Sanmohini.Yama teaches him the Kala Danda.Kubera teaches him the Antardhana mace and also provides him celestial vision.Varuna teaches him the terrible Varuna noose,and Chitrasena teaches him music and dancing along with Gandharvastra as per some versions.
Guru Dakshina :
Arjun indeed paid his guru dakshina.He defeated and Slayed the demons who were the enemies of Indra and other demi gods - Nivetkavachas and Kalakeyas along with the Pulomas witches,whom demi gods could not have killed because they had a boon.So Arjun does a task which Indra and other gods were unable to do.
- Arjuna obtaining Gandiva,Inexhaustible quiver.
Now coming to Khandava Dahan incident,Agni was ill,he wanted to consume the Khandava forest so that he gets rid of his stomach disorder.Every time he tried to burn the forest,Indra would extinguish the fire through rain.
Agni approaches Krishna-Arjuna and requests them for helping him out consume the forest.Arjun selflessly agrees to help Agni.He does not ask anything in return from him.On analyzing the complete requirement Arjuna realizes that although he has many celestial weapons but he doesn't have any bow suited to bear the strength of his arms and the might he puts forth in battle.Neither Krishna has such a weapon.So he asks Agni for a bow,quiver,chariot and weapons suited to lord krishna strength.
Agni gives him Gandiva,Two inexhaustible Quivers,NandiGhosh Chariot and to Lord Krishna he gives Sudershan,Kaumodaki mace and a divine chariot.
Illiterate blordies claim that Arjun begged for Gandiva,LOL,he asked for an equipment from agni deva for fulfilling a task for Agni himself.What's wrong in that? And By this logic do the foolish blorndies want to claim that Krishna got his sudershan and kaumodaki as a 'Bhiksha/Alms' from Agni,Lol

The hypocrite illiterate blorndies claim that Arjuna got all 'Free Gifts' from gods.LOL Someone ask them to check their english-Gifts are always free,there is nothing such as a 'free gift'.We have already refuted the claim of blorndies in previous parts,now in this part lets expose their hero,how used the most crooked methods to obtain weapons.

Earlier Karna was rejected for Brahmastra by Drona due to his wickedness so he had to flee from Drona's ashram,later when his lie was caught,Karna was cursed and thrown away by Parshuram from his Ashram.

Many fools always cry on the basis of half information that Indra cheated Karna.However a deeper analysis would show that it was vice versa.
- Indra decides to get Karna's kavach kundal by tricking him.
- Surya warns Karna of Indra's moves, Karna-Surya decide that Karna will ask for Indra's irresistible dart[Indra is supposedly unaware of it].
- Indra(disguised) asks Karna for armour/rings,Karna identifies him easily.
- Karna puts the condition that he shall not cast away the armour until Indra gives him that Shakti weapon.
- Now Indra is option-less.
I hope its clear now that who cheated whom.Karna was already aware that Indra was coming,how could he get cheated ? But Indra was not aware that Karna will ask for Shakti weapon.Blorndies call Indra Dev a beggar,well Karna was one step ahead of him.
Karna Identifies Indra and Asks Shakti weapon in exchange of his mail and rings -
Narrative:
Vaisampayana continued, "When the illustrious slayer of Paka refused to ask for any other boon, Kama with a smile again addressed him, saying, 'O god of gods, even before this, I had recognised thee, O Lord! O Sakra, it is not proper for me to confer on thee any unprofitable boon, for thou art the very lord of the celestials!
Now Indra realizes that Surya must have told Karna everything -
Narrative:
Thereupon Sakra replied, 'Even before I had come to thee, Surya had known of my purpose and without doubt,it is he that hath unfolded everything unto thee!
